How do you pick what eyeshadow color to wear?

Like people said becuz i have dark brown eyes and olive skin, i should wear purple, green, and light blue eyeshadow!!





But if i'm wearing a black and white shirt i cant wear those color eyeshadows, right?

i have dark brown eyes and light brown skin. i luve using mac moonflower eyeshadow on the outer corner of my eyes and smudging it so it attracts attention to my without putting on alot of makeup on my eyes. i also use abit of mac inkspell liquid eyeliner.
you should wear plum.
