Makeup is not a science, you can experiment with alot of colors and find the ones you like the best. In general with brown eyes and medium skin you might play around with pinks for the day, smimmery or matte. Most makeup artists use 3 colors, one for on the lid, one for in the crease, one for on the brow bone. So try gold on the lid, a deep brown in the crease and a light matte color under your eyebrow. Remember to blend it well. If it is not intense enough after blending add more. Any combination try pink and gold together, try purple and pink, gold and brown, for a more earthy look try using a bronzer all over the lid. Take some time and play around with your makeup. if it doesn't look good you can wash it off. Remember you should use lighter makeup in the day and more intense colors at night for more drama.
